Messi started his second consecutive game for Inter Miami despite having recently recovered from an injury. The Argentine forward shined with a goal that helped Inter Miami draw 1-1 with Charlotte.

With this result, Inter Miami is very close to the Eastern Conference championship, with an eight-point advantage over the second-placed team with three rounds left in the tournament. In addition, the Florida team is also aiming for the Supporters’ Shield championship (awarded to the best team in the scoring phase).
